Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este 2027

Historic and concept cars judged on the shores of Lake Como; public viewing at neighbouring Villa Erba.

The Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este is the world's oldest concours, first held in 1929, and probably its most beautiful setting. Around fifty of the rarest pre-war and post-war cars, plus a field of concept cars and prototypes, are shown in the gardens of the Villa d'Este hotel on the shore of Lake Como.

The judging and Best of Show at Villa d'Este are for invited guests. On the public day the cars move to neighbouring Villa Erba, where visitors vote for the Coppa d'Oro. In 2026 that trophy went to a 1963 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster.
